Every time I get to go to a game in Boston we win. You see, I grew up in Boston. I never was a baseball fan, until the day, when I decided to see what my sons were watching. EVERY NITE. I wasn't a parent to let my kids watch too many tv shows. Well, as a good parent, I sat down, and watched. (Every night they had to finish their homework, and could watch a game. Every night???? What is this????So of course I sat down and watched. Good old Nomar sucked me in. That was it. Diehard fan. I am so embarrassed of my reactions. I go dancing around the den screaming. One night, the slider (No pun intended), was open, and my neighbors heard me. No one was home, and I lost all control. They almost though I was being beaten up, until they glanced in the slider, and saw the game. I believe it was in 2003, my first year. Well, ds said to me at the end. "Welcome to Red Sox nation. Maybe next year" My sons were so loyal, that they were the only Red Sox fans in NY. Could you believe, we won the world series, the year my older son left for Israel.? He took such ribbing. Good thing, he has a great sense of humor, and is tough. He is one loyal fan. (So is my younger boy.) I loved the commercial the next year, of you coming to Boston to win a world series for Boston.
