It was fun to watch the lead go to 14.5 games over the Evil Empire, but is now turning into what makes the BoSox the team we love to stand by most as they flounder and sink into the abyss. Thank God it is only a game and we can look forward to another Patriot Super Bowl ring. Have a great off season and it wouldn't hurt my feelings if the organization brings you back next year. Oh, and if by some bizarre change of events the Sox make the playoffs and even the World Series, congratulations. It's too bad that a single mistake can make such an impact in the game, but everyone agrees that you pitched beautifully so don't let it get to you. I feel like your pitching has really been decent lately, and you have just been getting the short end of the stick on the luck side of things. Just keep your chin up, continue to use all your pitches and of course, continue to work on keeping yourself from hanging splitters! You're going to be superb in October, I can feel it.
