Well that day is here, finally. Today I’ll be ‘allowed’ to play catch for the first time since January. A lot has happened and there is probably even more left to do, but it’s a step.
As we were talking through things the other day a point I was trying to make to anyone involved was [...]

Intent?

You just cannot throw a ball BEHIND someone when you are trying to throw a strike, or even a ball in. A stray breaking ball sure, but that’s even rare to impossible. A ball sailing behind a hitter, one that’s hit 2 bombs, is a ball being thrown at a guy.

They get bigger…

Not the greatest picture, but it works. From left to right: 2007 WS Ring, 2004 WS Ring, 2001 WS Ring, 1993 NLCS Ring.

My shoulder

Speculation is rampant right now. I see the Sox just released a statement.
At the time we negotiated the 2008 contract I passed all physical exams and testing, as well as the MRI the club required me to take. I knew in my heart of hearts that the extra time I was giving my arm to [...]

On a resounding day of victories. I am proud to know the man and proud to see others believing in him as well. I am not sure what the overall turnout was yesterday but I am hearing it was large, which is fantastic.
Interesting to hear the political ‘experts’ talk about what it all means now, [...]

Just Vote

Regardless of your political affiliation, get out and vote today if you are in one of the states holding their primary. If you want to come here and scream bloody murder about politics or opinions on politics at least bring the credibility of having voted with you.
FYI I cast my vote for one John McCain [...]
